Registration and Payment

All conference participants must register through the NYSEA website under the "Annual Conference" tab, available here. Payment is accepted online by credit card via Stripe. All presenters must register by September 10th to be included in the final program.

For those of you who prefer to pay by check, please mail a printed copy of the completed online registration form along with your payment to NYSEA Treasurer Philip Siriani at the address below by September 1, 2018.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received on or before September 24, 2018 to receive a partial refund. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a refund.

Hotel Accommodations

Conference lodging is available at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford at the group rate of $159 per night, plus applicable taxes. Reservations must be made by September 5th to guarantee the rate. Rooms may be reserved directly here
